Principal Employee Experience Architect

As Principal Architect, Employee Enablement, you will define strategy, standards, and target-state roadmaps across employee-facing platforms. You will guide enterprise architecture, integration, responsible AI, identity, and service delivery decisions. The portfolio includes General Counsel, Global Impact, HR, pay, Digital Workplace, enterprise knowledge, and employee-facing AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Define architecture vision, principles, standards, and portfolio roadmaps
Shape scope, dependencies, risks, and architecture decisions early
Design integrated employee journeys across service platforms
Guide reviews, approvals, exceptions, and technology alignment
Advise executives on risks, vendors, trade-offs, and investments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; typically 13+ years
8+ years of direct enterprise or solution architecture experience
Expertise in ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Moveworks, and Workday
Advanced responsible AI, integration, identity, and data architecture knowledge
Hybrid availability for two weekly days in Mississauga
