This Pharmacy Student opportunity centers on accurate, step by step medication preparation and labeling. You will prepare patient prescriptions, package nursing home orders, and support inventory activities. Adaptability, strong work ethic, communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn are important for this work.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare medication orders through step by step workflows
Label medications and over the counter products
Prepare medication blister packs and mixtures
Use Healthwatch when preparing and labeling prescriptions
Investigate orders to support timely shipment
Requirements:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and adapt across departments
Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to maneuver consistently for extended periods
Ability to problem solve and make decisions
