As a Keyholder, you help team members deliver informed cannabis guidance and consistent customer experiences. You will support individual and store sales targets, strengthen product and regulation knowledge, and coach sales techniques. The role also includes mentoring, onboarding, compliance, and collaborative shift leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Support responsible cannabis education and informed customer guidance
Coach teammates on recommendations, sales techniques, and performance
Support individual and store sales targets
Maintain knowledge of products, categories, and regulations
Foster positive, accountable, team-oriented work environments
Requirements:

Two-plus years in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
Leadership or keyholder experience preferred
Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal abilities
Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
Provincial cannabis certification and successful record check required
