This Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the HR Team during a new applicant tracking system launch and company-wide recruitment. The three-month contract focuses on practical recruiting coordination from sourcing through second-round interviews. The work also includes career fairs, platform management, hiring-manager support, and offer approvals.
Key Responsibilities:

Support recruiting from sourcing through interviews
Assist with employer brand and job postings
Manage ATS activities and recruiting tools
Represent CCM at career fairs as needed
Support offer approval coordination with Human Resources
Requirements:

Recruiting background preferred
Construction experience preferred
Comfort with artificial intelligence and HR technology
ADP knowledge is an asset
Proactive, organized, and effective communicator
Strengthen talent acquisition operations through employer branding, candidate selection, ATS support, and organized recruiting coordination.
