Assistant Retail Store Leader

Lead daily retail operations with strong customer service and organization as an Assistant Team Leader supporting management and store staff.
This Assistant Team Leader supports management in maintaining efficient store operations and a well-organized environment. The position combines staff support, shipment handling, stocking, cash management, and customer issue resolution. It also includes manager-on-duty responsibilities involving attendance, breaks, hiring, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:

Support management with daily store operations and staff
Box and unbox daily shipments
Stock products and maintain store cleanliness
Resolve customer issues and provide good service
Perform opening, closing, and cash management duties
Requirements:

Approximately one year of relevant retail experience
At least one year in a supervisory role
Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Leadership, organization, teamwork, and multitasking skills
