Take to the roads of Quebec in an on-call capacity as a Rural and Suburban Mail Carrier with Canada Post. This temporary position allows you to deliver mail and serve your community while enjoying the independence of the open road.
Canada Post is looking for two dependable mail carriers for on-call roles in Saint-Félicien. Your tasks will include sorting, collecting, and delivering mail items in a timely manner while ensuring vehicle operation under varying weather conditions. Knowledge of local infrastructure and safety regulations is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and deliver mail items safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of local roads and delivery systems
• Maintain secure handling of all mail items
• Process various CPC product services as needed
• Wear visible Canada Post identification during services
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 or G driver's license
• Clean driving record and vehicle insurance required
• Vehicle must meet specific Canada Post guidelines
• Capability to lift up to 50 lb/22.7 kg
• Pass an interview to qualify
