Food Service Shift Lead

Lead food service shifts in Fairview, Kansas, using team leadership and customer service skills to support smooth daily operations. Walk-in interviews welcome weekdays from 10am to 4pm.
The Shift Lead supports daily food service operations during assigned shifts. You will guide team members, maintain food quality and safety standards, and help create positive guest experiences. The work includes coaching, order accuracy, workflow coordination, inventory support, and cash handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support team members throughout assigned shifts
Coach new hires on procedures, service, and food safety
Ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Support opening, closing, inventory, and register procedures
Requirements:
Food service, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and lift moderate weight when necessary
