Lead retail operations at Reitmans in Hazeldean Mall, using team coaching and customer service skills in a full-time permanent position.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations and motivates the team. You will monitor KPIs, strengthen customer experiences, and contribute to store performance. The position also covers hiring, training, inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and omnichannel initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Coach team members on the sales floor
Prioritize customer satisfaction and service standards
Monitor KPIs and recommend performance actions
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning
Manage inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and floor coverage
Requirements:

Two or more years managing or supervising retail teams
Proven ability to lead teams toward objectives
Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills
Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
High school diploma and flexible evening availability
