Registered Practical Nurse in Newmarket: assess resident needs, administer medications, and document care. Apply compassionate, client-centric nursing in a non-travel position.
This Registered Practical Nurse role covers resident assessment, care planning, nursing procedures, medication administration, and documentation. Key Responsibilities:
Assess physical and psychological resident conditions
Develop customized personal care plans with medical teams
Administer medications, IVs, treatments, and special tests
Identify health issues linked to chronic or communicable diseases
Monitor supplies and maintain medical equipment properly
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited registered practical nursing program
Current CNO Registered Practical Nurse license in good standing
At least one year of relevant nursing experience
CPR and valid Vulnerable Sector Check
CPI, Safe Management, or pharmacology certification is advantageous
Bring CNO-licensed nursing practice, medication administration, assessment, and compassionate care to residents in Newmarket.
