You will be responsible for job evaluation, salary administration, and market analysis, ensuring adherence to FortisBC’s Total Rewards philosophy while delivering impactful guidance to HR and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compensation analysis and support to leaders and HR teams
• Apply knowledge of job evaluation methodologies for job assessments
• Lead evaluation projects and create compliant job descriptions
• Conduct compensation analyses and market comparisons
• Administer salary review and short term incentive programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR
• Minimum four years of relevant compensation experience
• Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder influencing skills
• Knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory requirements
