This position is designed for experienced candidates rather than entry-level roles. You will manage third-party procurement portals, investigate payment issues, and liaise with municipal accounts. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in resolving disputes and securing payment commitments from high-risk accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee third-party procurement portals for real-time invoice statuses
• Detect and resolve payment discrepancies in customer portals
• Update management on the status of overdue accounts
• Make outbound calls to accounts over 90 days old
• Serve as a liaison with Municipal accounts on payment status
Requirements:
• High accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Capacity to perform independently with minimal supervision
