As Assistant Store Manager, you will support daily shop leadership and performance at David Clulow, part of EssilorLuxottica. You will motivate, coach and inspire colleagues while maintaining customer care, presentation and operational standards. The role combines luxury retail, fashion and optical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager with daily shop leadership
Coach and inspire the team toward excellent service
Maintain customer care, presentation and operational standards
Help customers select stylish, comfortable eyewear solutions
Lead the store during the Store Manager’s absence
Requirements:
Retail management or supervisory experience
Optical experience is not essential
Confident, people-first leadership approach
Strong communication and solution-focused skills
Interest in fashion, luxury retail and service excellence
