Healthcare Supply Aide SAP Ordering

Use SAP ordering and inventory skills as a Supply Aide at Nova Scotia Health’s Eye Centre. This permanent full-time role is based at QEII.
Reporting to the Health Services Manager and directed by the Charge Nurse, the Supply Aide supports daily Eye Centre operations. The position requires computer skills, WHMIS certification, and supply coordination experience. You will order, receive, stock, and maintain supplies while supporting package accuracy and storage organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Order supplies required for Eye Centre daily operations
Pack, ship, receive, and sign for packages
Verify package addresses and ordered materials
Stock supplies in proper storage areas
Maintain the supply room and reorder items
Requirements:
Grade XII or equivalent required
Current WHMIS certification required
Strong computer skills required
Knowledge of SAP for ordering
Ability to lift and move patients safely
Support Nova Scotia Health’s Eye Centre through accurate SAP ordering, package handling, stocking, and dependable supply room maintenance.
