This Service Coordinator contract role manages daily technician trips and incoming service requests. You will use HTS software and web-based programs while coordinating materials, parts, purchase orders, site contacts, and job details. The role suits a self-motivated professional who can manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and dispatch incoming service requests from calls, Traxits, and emails
Provide technicians with materials, parts, site, and contractor information
Confirm parts locations and follow up on technician orders
Support technicians with purchase orders and job information
Follow up on missing technician reports and trip details
Requirements:
At least one year of dispatch experience
Strong computer skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Customer service commitment
Ability to work individually and within a team
Bring dispatch experience, technician support, and parts coordination skills to HTS Engineering’s commercial HVAC service operations.
