• Manage availability and reliability of IT infrastructure
• Support and mentor junior IT team members
• Administer user accounts and permissions security
• Respond to IT support tickets efficiently
• Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in systems and network administration
• Proven leadership in an IT environment
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
• Knowledge of virtualization and database systems
