Support everyday banking clients as a Client Engagement Associate in Lacombe, using financial products knowledge and digital banking skills. This is an on-site, 15-hour weekly position.
As part of CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking Team, you will support clients in a Banking Centre. You will answer questions, complete transactions, explain digital banking options, and connect clients with appropriate solutions. The position also includes basic banking product sales and specialist referrals.
Key Responsibilities:

Help clients manage accounts and banking products
Answer questions and complete everyday banking transactions
Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
Support sales of basic banking products
Identify specialist referral opportunities for client goals
Requirements:
