You’ll be essential in directing tasks, handling paperwork, and coaching team members. This position involves daily shipping coordination and accurate data management, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and assign tasks to warehouse associates
• Process inbound and outbound paperwork efficiently
• Coach and train team members regularly
• Maintain accurate inventory and supplier information
• Audit driver logs and inspect shipments for compliance

Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics
• Administrative experience is essential
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Comfort working in low-temperature environments
• Must lift at least 50 lbs/18 kgs regularly
