Automotive Parts Consultant Winnipeg
Birchwood Automotive Group
Support customer satisfaction with automotive parts expertise, inventory accuracy, and organized service at Birchwood Volkswagen’s east Winnipeg facility.
The Parts Consultant reports directly to the Parts Manager in this full time position. You will track, ship, receive, stock, and monitor parts inventory while assisting technicians with service requirements. The work also includes verifying invoices, resolving inventory discrepancies, and meeting customer needs through strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Track, ship, receive, stock, and monitor parts inventory
Assist technicians in locating parts needed for service
Resolve computerized and physical inventory discrepancies
Verify parts invoices accurately
Address customer needs and support satisfaction
Requirements:
Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
High attention to detail and proven organizational skills
Proven time management abilities
CDK experience preferred; automotive parts knowledge considered an asset
Valid driver’s license, clean abstract, and reliable transportation
