As an intermediate Advisor Lead, you will engage customers and employees with a positive, helpful attitude. You will support store management through shift oversight, employee mentorship, and coaching. The position supports sales goals, customer acquisition, and daily store execution across assigned departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Model active selling behaviors and techniques for store teams
Supervise visual merchandising, pricing, restocking, and seasonal changeover
Mentor and coach part time team members
Help achieve daily store sales goals
Operate the store when management is absent
Requirements:

At least six months of retail experience
Ability to build daily department and store plans
Experience training and mentoring employees
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for active, healthy living
