We are seeking an experienced senior care business development professional who can build relationships with hospitals, retirement residences, healthcare professionals, community organizations, seniors, and their families. This is a full-time, permanent role in the GTA.
What You'll Do
Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centres, retirement residences, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
Prospect and develop new referral sources throughout your territory.
Deliver presentations and educational sessions to referral partners.
Consistently generate new referrals, clients, and territory growth.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of successful sales or business development experience.
Healthcare, home care, retirement living, seniors' care, rehabilitation, or medical industry experience.
Proven ability to build a territory and generate new business.
Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the GTA.
