Heavy Equipment Parts Associate

Use mechanical knowledge and inventory skills as a Parts Associate supporting Service and aerial lift equipment requirements. Accurate data entry drives daily parts coordination.
This Parts Associate works closely with Service Technicians to determine parts requirements. The position includes supplier communication, inventory control, receiving, distribution, and computer order entry. A related post-secondary diploma and at least two years’ similar experience are required.
Key Responsibilities:

Determine parts requirements with Service Technicians
Enter order information accurately into computer systems
Verify supplier prices and delivery times
Receive and distribute parts
Maintain inventory levels supporting equipment utilization
Requirements:

Related post-secondary diploma
Minimum two years’ similar parts experience
Mechanical understanding of aerial lift equipment
Intermediate data entry skills
Inventory, communication, organizational, and time management skills
Apply mechanical understanding, accurate data entry, and inventory expertise to support Service Technicians and equipment utilization.
