Deliver comprehensive nursing care as a Registered Nurse in Oakbank, working nights at Kin Place Personal Care Home within Long Term Care.
Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority seeks a Registered Nurse for clinical practice at Kin Place Personal Care Home. You will apply nursing standards, policies, procedures, and professional accountabilities while supporting patients, residents, and clients. Charge assignments include clinical leadership for HCAs, Unit Clerks, LPNs, and Registered Nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, residents, and clients
Practice according to established standards, policies, and procedures
Provide clinical leadership when assigned charge responsibilities
Support Health Care Aides, Unit Clerks, LPNs, and nurses
Practice within applicable professional and legislative requirements
Requirements:
Active or eligible Manitoba registered nursing or psychiatric nursing licensure
Current Basic Life Support training
Clinical nursing competence aligned with practice and nursing standards
Critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Use clinical nursing expertise, sound decisions, and professional communication while serving Long Term Care residents in Oakbank.
