As a General Helper, you will welcome customers, answer product inquiries, and provide friendly, efficient service. You will maintain counter presentation, merchandise shelves, and monitor product availability across two marketplace locations. The work includes inventory counts, stock reconciliation, food safety, and opening or closing duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and assist with product inquiries
Maintain clean counters, checkout areas, and marketplace displays
Restock shelves, coolers, and displays to Compass standards
Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to the manager
Support opening, closing, cleaning, and preparation duties
Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid Advanced Food Safe Certificate
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Ability to walk between two marketplace locations
Support marketplace service through customer assistance, merchandising, inventory monitoring, and accurate food-safe daily operations.
