Snow School Assistant Manager

Lead Snow School training and operations at Blue Mountain Resort in a seasonal, full-time Assistant Manager position. Support ski and snowboard programming, scheduling, and payroll.
The Assistant Manager helps cultivate the Snow School vision of a welcoming, friendly, and fun mountain community. This position optimizes on-hill programming, training content, and financial performance. It also supports safety standards, service goals, business planning, and cooperation across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, execute, and document comprehensive departmental training plans
Set expectations, coach staff, and recognize strong performance
Monitor product delivery and departmental quality standards
Support payroll, scheduling, point-of-sale development, and product management
Monitor labour costs, financial reporting, and accident procedures
Requirements:
Three to five years of ski or snowboard instructing experience
CSIA or CASI Level II, III, or IV experience
Post-secondary Commerce or Business education, or equivalent experience
At least three years of people management experience
Recreation or Blue Mountain leadership experience preferred
Bring ski instruction, people leadership, and operational planning expertise to Blue Mountain Resort’s Snow School.
