Healthcare Procurement Support Associate

Apply purchasing knowledge and customer service skills supporting Mohawk Medbuy members across the Central West Region’s nine hospitals.
This Member Support Associate serves as a key resource for hospitals using MMC services. You will facilitate first-contact resolution, coordinate intake, and support lower-value, lower-risk collaborative sourcing and capital sourcing activity. Success requires precise follow-up with hospital stakeholders and MMC teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Uphold consistent service levels across member hospitals
Adapt support delivery to hospital needs
Facilitate queries through appropriate MMC service streams
Obtain member approvals and signatures electronically
Enable Letters of Commitment and sourcing completion
Requirements:
Post-secondary education
One to two years of purchasing or sourcing experience
Knowledge of suppliers and materials provisioning
Understanding of business and legal issues
Ability to navigate HEAT, Allscripts, SAP, Ariba, and MMC Portal
Use procurement coordination, stakeholder communication, and systems proficiency to strengthen healthcare member support at MMC.
