Key Responsibilities:
Feed mill mixing through manual, computer batch, and hand adds
Accurately weigh and meter ingredients from approved formulas
Follow distribution sequencing and flushing procedures
Maintain mixing records and complete routine equipment maintenance
Support accuracy, quality, and customer expectations
Requirements:
Feed mill or agricultural experience is an asset
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and reliable work habits
Ability to lift 25 kilograms repeatedly
Commitment to regulatory, SOP, and Quality Assurance guidelines
HACCP training is an asset; annual training provided
