Alpine is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple client locations across Vancouver. You will lead a dynamic team, support employee training, and conduct site inspections to ensure service quality. With a flexible schedule, you will interact with clients and manage operational needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operations for multiple client sites daily
• Onboard, train, and schedule frontline employees
• Provide coaching and performance feedback regularly
• Conduct quality inspections and site audits consistently
• Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and budgets effectively
Requirements:
• 3+ years of leadership experience in operations
• 2+ years in facilities services or commercial cleaning
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Proficient with Dayforce, OrangeQC, and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
