Cintas Management Trainee Sales Leadership

Develop leadership through Cintas rotations in Quebec City, applying outside sales, customer service, and business analysis skills full time.
The Management Trainee program provides hands-on exposure across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management. You will work with experienced managers while learning business operations and preparing for career advancement opportunities within Cintas. The program includes customer relationships, sales management, and operational efficiency projects.
Responsabilités clés:
Rotate through departments from a leadership viewpoint
Engage in outside sales activities and build customer relationships
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Analyze sales data for informed business decisions
Collaborate with leaders on sales and operations projects
Exigences:
Hold or obtain a Bachelor’s degree within six months
Maintain a valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license
Meet provincial requirements for regulated vehicle driving
Bring preferred co-op or internship experience when available
Be willing to relocate regionally during or after the program
Build Cintas leadership experience through outside sales, customer service, business analysis, and cross-functional management rotations.
