As a Power Transformer Test Engineer at Northern Transformer, you will support the test bay with creating and executing test plans, all while engaging deeply with engineering, marketing, and clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Review customer specifications with engineering and marketing
• Prepare and submit comprehensive transformer test plans
• Analyze and maintain appropriate test equipment
• Develop internal test procedures that enhance testing
• Guide test technicians in transformer testing
Requirements:
• Degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum three years of transformer manufacturing experience
• Current work authorization for Canada
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive self-starter with a passion for learning
