Garment Production Support Coordinator

Support garment production coordination at Canada Goose’s Winnipeg facility by organizing work, supplies, and operator production needs.
This Sewing Floor Helper role coordinates floor service for sewing, down filling, and sorting operations. Reporting to the department Supervisor, you will review production targets and approved specifications. Your work keeps operators equipped and completed garments moving forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Review daily loading schedules and production targets
Confirm production samples and specifications with your Supervisor
Monitor operator workloads and communicate upcoming shortages
Distribute work fairly across production operators
Keep thread cones organized until orders are complete
Requirements:
Effective communication with diverse groups of workers
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Understanding of numbers and measurements
Leadership and interpersonal capabilities
Responsibility and urgency in manufacturing work
