Deliver accurate financial service at Access Credit Union while processing transactions, answering inquiries, and building member relationships. Support members professionally through varied banking needs.
The Member Service Representative provides service to existing and potential members. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loans, payments, money orders, advances, exchanges, and cheque cashing. The position also promotes credit union products, follows security procedures, and resolves routine account issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Process over-the-counter financial transactions efficiently and professionally
Balance ATM, deposits, and cash drawer daily
Respond to member inquiries across branch communication channels
Promote products and services through advice-based conversations
Protect cash, negotiable items, and member information
Requirements:

Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year customer or member service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Accurate, detail-oriented approach to financial transactions
Proficient computer skills and policy adherence
Use financial service, transaction processing, and relationship-building skills to support Access Credit Union members and branch objectives.
