Packaging Procurement Coordinator Toronto
Ace Beverage Group
Coordinate packaging procurement in Toronto with Ace Beverage Group, using supplier follow-up, inventory control, and ERP data accuracy daily. Support beverage production through organized purchasing.
As Packaging Procurement Coordinator, you will report to the Senior Procurement Manager within the food and beverage industry. Your work will support brands including Cottage Springs, Nude, Shore Shakers, and Cabana Coast. Key areas include purchase orders, packaging inventory, freight coordination, and supplier communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate purchase orders and confirm supplier order details
Track open orders and escalate production-impacting delays
Receive orders in ERP systems and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate packaging transfers, reallocations, and freight bookings
Maintain inventory, artwork, supplier, and material records
Requirements:
Supply Chain Management or Business degree is an asset
Zero to two years of related experience is an asset
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Basic data analysis skills and strong attention to detail
NetSuite, StockIQ, freight, or co-packer experience is an asset
Bring organized procurement, supplier communication, and packaging inventory expertise to Ace Beverage Group’s Toronto operations.
