Key Responsibilities:
• Assess functional and psychosocial client needs
• Develop individualized therapy care plans
• Recommend assistive devices and modifications
• Facilitate skill-building and group programs
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience with priority community populations
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Occupational Therapy necessary
• Registration and good standing with Ontario's regulatory body
• Experience in trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access required
