Woodforest Personal Banker Sales Specialist
Woodforest National Bank
Represent Woodforest National Bank as a frontline Banker, combining proactive marketing with personalized service to meet retail customers’ financial needs. The position is full-time.
As a Banker II, you will pursue retail sales goals through conversations, referrals, and outreach inside and outside the branch. You will explain banking products, services, and digital solutions clearly while building trusted customer and community relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve individual sales goals through referrals and marketing outreach
Explain retail banking products and digital solutions clearly
Participate in local marketing and community engagement efforts
Open and maintain deposit and consumer loan products
Represent Woodforest as a trusted neighborhood bank
Requirements:
Minimum two years of relevant retail sales or customer service experience
Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred, not required
Proactive approach to seeking business outside the branch
Openness to coaching and feedback
Knowledge of products, policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
Use proactive sales outreach, clear communication, and relationship-building skills to support Woodforest customers and community-focused banking activities.
