Join the Law Society of BC as a Human Resources Generalist for a 20-month term. Manage HR programs including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management effectively.
This full-time role in Vancouver requires a strong HR Generalist with at least five years of experience. You will lead full lifecycle recruitment, provide guidance on HR policies, and manage disability programs. Collaboration with management on employee relations and performance management will be key components of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full lifecycle recruitment activities for new hires
• Advise management on HR policy interpretation and administration
• Manage Short-Term and Long-Term Disability programs
• Conduct onboarding and exit interviews with employees
• Collaborate on annual performance management processes
Requirements:
• Degree in HR Management or equivalent required
• Minimum five years of HR department experience
• CPHR designation or in progress
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS applications
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality skills
