Customer Solutions Centre Representative

All Weather’s Saskatoon Customer Solutions Centre needs a Customer Service Professional skilled in communication and professional phone support. Manage customer needs accurately.
This frontline position connects with contractors, dealers, homeowners, and sales partners. You will listen to inquiries, address concerns, provide information, and process transactions seamlessly. Success requires three to five years of customer service experience, advanced listening, research, analysis, and relationship-building abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Listen to inquiries and address customer concerns professionally
Provide clear information to contractors, dealers, and homeowners
Process orders and create accurate sales quotes
Prepare service work pricing for parts and labour
Coordinate installations and Service Technician appointments
Requirements:

Three to five years of solid customer service experience
Exceptional listening and independent problem-solving skills
Warm, professional phone presence and relationship-building ability
Research and analysis skills for identifying root issues
Professional communication adaptable to customer needs
