In this full-time, onsite position, you will manage complete recruitment processes across various roles. Collaborating closely with operational leaders will help you understand staffing needs and devise strategic recruitment methods. You will source candidates through proactive methods, developing robust candidate pipelines and effectively engaging passive talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full cycle recruitment across diverse roles
• Partner with managers to understand staffing requirements
• Conduct intake discussions for position needs
• Proactively source and headhunt qualified candidates
• Develop talent pipelines for high-demand roles
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience
• Proven record in proactive sourcing and headhunting
• Experience managing multiple concurrent vacancies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with travel availability
