Operations Director: Recreation & Childcare Programs

Braefoot Community Association is seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the delivery and growth of recreation, sport, and childcare programs across Braefoot's sites. This senior leadership role ensures programs operate effectively, managers are supported and accountable, standards are maintained, and service and financial goals are met.
The role works closely with the CEO and Chief Administrative Officer.
