Home Support Practical Nurse Supervisor

Support clients at home as a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor with Fraser Health, serving White Rock and South Delta, B.C. Nursing leadership matters.
This supervisor role combines home support coordination, clinical nursing procedures, and staff oversight. You will evaluate employee performance, determine training needs, and resolve staffing issues. You will also maintain client documentation, contribute to care standards, and respond to inquiries about programs and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Determine training and orientation requirements for new staff
Resolve staffing issues and maintain appropriate staffing levels
Contribute to care plans, standards, and procedures
Maintain progress reports, observations, and client charting
Participate in staff recruitment, interviews, and selection
Requirements:
Graduation from an approved Practical Nursing program
Two years' recent related clinical or supervisory experience
BCCNM registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Valid BC driver's license and personal vehicle access
Ability to analyze, organize, prioritize, and supervise
