Here’s how:
Base salary + uncapped performance-based bonuses.
Year 1 - We offer a base salary of $45,000 annually and uncapped monthly sales incentives for an OTE of $60-65 annually.
Annual OTE consistently increases as book of business grows and targets are achieved.
