We seek a skilled Dining Room Supervisor with experience in dining room management or server roles, specifically within a retirement setting. You will direct daily operations, train staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct on-site service training for dining room staff
• Lead overall dining room operations daily
• Coordinate dining and catering services across departments
• Enforce dining room policies approved by management
• Supervise activities for quality service delivery
Requirements:
• Recent Safe Food Handlers certificate required
• Management or server experience in a dining setting
• Strong knowledge of Canada’s Food Guide and HACCP
• Excellent leadership, supervisory skills, and motivation
• Ability to work collaboratively with seniors
