Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally
• Collect data for accurate prescription preparation
• Prepare prescriptions and identify potential issues
• Manage specialized tasks, e.g., dispill and robot management
• Mentor and support pharmacy assistant colleagues
Requirements:
• Diploma as a Pharmacy Technical Assistant or Jean Coutu certification
• Ability to work 35 hours or more per week
• Very good knowledge of French
• Responsible and empathetic customer service approach
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills
