• Conduct hourly room checks and document findings
• Investigate unusual nighttime activities promptly
• Manage crises and escalated behaviors effectively
• Support bedtime routines and early morning schedules
• Handle medication management and household tasks
Requirements:
• Experience in trauma-informed care and crisis management
• Valid Alberta driver's license and personal vehicle
• Compulsory Police Information Check and intervention records
• Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy
• Diploma or degree in a related field preferred
