Curate learning content and build dashboards as a People and Skills HR Intern at Siemens, with hybrid office attendance in Slough.
Based at Botanica Ditton Park, you will support Siemens’ Global Professional Education team during a one-year industrial placement. Your work will span learning management systems, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Generative AI. You will contribute to UK and international projects while collaborating with People and Organisation colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Curate learning content through SharePoint and learning management systems
Build dashboards tracking participation and learning goal progress
Coordinate learning sessions, communities, recordings, and resources
Gather feedback and identify learning improvement opportunities
Share success stories from learning and skills initiatives
Requirements:
Undergraduate student completing a one-year industrial placement
Degree studies in Human Resources, Psychology, or business
Analytical approach with strong project management and deadline skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; interest in Generative AI
Develop learning content, dashboards, and skills initiatives while building practical HR experience with Siemens in Slough.
