Manage early-stage debt recovery conversations for UPLevel, reconciling accounts under 60 days delinquent through phone and email. Work permanently and full-time.
Credit Risk Management Canada Ltd. offers this Debt Recovery Account Manager assignment under its First Party Collection Agent title. Reporting to the Manager, Debt Recovery, you will focus on first party collections, payment solutions, document processing, and current account information. Success includes weekly call and collection targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile accounts under 60 days delinquent
Contact customers by phone and email
Arrange payments after finding suitable solutions
Update accounts through exchanged documents
Communicate account updates to clients
Requirements:
French and English bilingual ability
Strong communication skills for customer conversations
Multitasking ability across collection responsibilities
Familiarity with Microsoft suite, soft phone applications, and CRM systems
One to two years experience is an asset, not required
Bring bilingual communication, payment arrangement, and early delinquency account skills to UPLevel’s debt recovery team in Quebec or Etobicoke.
