Cocktail Bartender Wine Specialist

Turn cocktails, wines, and spirits into memorable guest experiences at Donalda Club, with Smart Serve certification and polished service.
This full-time Bartender position begins November 9th, 2026, within Donalda Club’s high-end private club environment. The successful candidate handles beverage preparation, recommendations, guest concerns, bar presentation, and accurate sales recording. Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails is central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare wines, spirits, beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
Respond professionally to member requests and concerns
Maintain sparkling bar, dining, and service areas
Manage glassware, ice, garnishes, snacks, and stock
Support Food and Beverage special projects as needed
Requirements:
Two to three years of bartending experience
Completion of Grade 12 required
Post-secondary hospitality education preferred
Experience with P.O.S. systems; JONAS is an asset
Professional, well-groomed, friendly, team-oriented approach
Use beverage expertise, cocktail craftsmanship, and professional communication to serve Donalda Club members and guests exceptionally.
