Hotel Sales Account Coordinator

Client relationships and account management anchor this Sales Coordinator position with JM Hospitality in Toronto Brampton West. Support hotel growth through organized sales execution.
You will work with the Director of Sales and hotel teams across Home2 Suites and Hilton Garden Brampton. The position supports sales initiatives, presentations, networking, promotional activities, and upselling. Responsibilities also include maintaining client records, coordinating requirements, and representing the hotel professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify upselling opportunities for rooms, meeting spaces, and Food and Beverage
Support sales initiatives, presentations, networking, and promotions
Coordinate contracts, room blocks, billing, and requirements
Maintain professional appearance and conduct on-site
Requirements:
At least two years in hotel sales or operations
Strong sales, negotiation, and account management capabilities
Strong computer skills and Hilton PMS experience preferred
Excellent organization while managing multiple priorities
Professional appearance and commitment to positive hotel representation
Use hotel sales, account management, computer, and client service strengths coordinating business for JM Hospitality properties.
