You will play a crucial role in managing remote sites, ensuring project execution aligns with specifications and safety standards. Industra is seeking an experienced Superintendent who can handle complex scheduling and maintain high-quality outcomes. With a strong backlog of work in Canada, this position will allow you to take ownership, lead dedicated field teams, and solve tough challenges in the construction landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily site operations and ensure safety compliance
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors for productivity
• Provide hands-on leadership and direction on-site
• Plan and execute complex shutdowns and sequencing
• Liaise with clients, plant operators, and internal teams
Requirements:
• 10+ years of construction experience, including WWTP
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage complex scopes
• Proficient in safety protocols and quality standards
• Red Seal or equivalent trade certification
• Willingness to travel for remote projects
