Coordinate parts, service, and customer communication for Battlefield Equipment Rentals in Fredericton, NB. Support technicians, equipment repairs, and daily branch operations.
This full-time, permanent Parts and Service Coordinator role supports the Service team within Toromont Industries Ltd. You will use Microsoft Office, manage work orders, coordinate parts, and maintain accurate service records. The position connects customers, technicians, and internal teams while supporting timely repairs and clear follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver customer service by phone, email, and in person
Prepare repair and service quotes for customers

Requirements:
