Key Responsibilities:
Analyze claims, premium, financial, and experience data
Support benefit plan design analysis and client renewals
Create clear reports, presentations, and client-ready visuals
Organize project information and support cross-team workflows
Identify process improvements for efficient client delivery
Requirements:
French and English bilingual written and spoken communication
Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, accounting, or actuarial science
Interest in healthcare, employee benefits, analytics, or consulting
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
